A key part of APAM's investment philosophy is to first consider the global macro environment. Whilst APAM is presently focusing on specialist investment managers in the Asia Pacific region, it continues to monitor key regions & specialist managers around the globe.

As markets mature and become expensive and over-crowded, we expect that the shift of wealth and re-emergence of investment strategies will create attractive opportunities in other markets.

As and when opportunities arise, APAM will consider allocating capital to specialist managers within the Asia Fund or in some cases offer investors access to these opportunities through newly created funds.
